There are films that are funny and silly but then there are those that are hilarious. This film is just plain hilarious, great comical entertainment.
Great price and service. Very funny movie.

John Candy was at his finest in this movie. He has the down home personality of a middle class father that everyone would enjoy in a father. Humor and lessons in life are the main themes. Love the skiing scene when John forgets the lesson he just taught his youngest son, to drop the rope when in trouble. The side plots have warmth with the older son venturing out a new relationship with his first girlfriend. Even Dan Aykroyd gives a lesson on investing in the stock market. Something for everyone, as when John's wife discovers the joy of a new use for the clothes washer. A must see for all John Candy fans. Movies just aren't the same without him. Have seen this movie many times and laugh as hard each time I see it, as I did the first time.
