Interesting and a good addition for any kitchen
With this book i became a master chef. great book with good tips for the most difficult dishes. it also shows you how to make the simplest of dishes faster and tastier. for the ones who can't cook at all, this book is a must, it also has step by step process to improving home dishes. Great Book!

Cooking has always been a burden to me and I have taken endless kidding about my culinary skills - some/most of it justified. Now at 62, I have decided to really learn to cook. I did some research and found Mark Bittman's book How to Cook Everything hightly recommended. However, when I reviewed it in the bookstore, I was both over and under-welmed. Fortunately, I stumbled up his new How to Cook Everything - the Basics book and it is wonderful.
