I bought this computer in July 09. After 3 months screen went back. Sent it for repairs to HP. Came back after ten days or so and the screen was still black. Called HP and they said they will have to send me a shiping box with the return label etc. When I said why it was not repaired, I was told "Don't know". Why can't I use the box whick came to me 15 minutes ago, was told "No - have to send you a new box." What a waste of time effort aggrevation for the customer. I got my computer back "repaired" second time, but screen goes black every now and then. Have to reboot every time. A piece of JUNK.
