Front Source Made Good11/29/2013
I earlier wrote a 3 star review for this refurbished HP PC (Listing ID: 310145564) - having little to do with the original HP product. Among other things I had been unable to activate my operating system with the product key initially provided. I contacted Front Source Tech (a few times) on the phone and, on Thanksgiving weekend, found myself serendipitously connected to the company owner. He was professional in his response, and not defensive. We determined the problem, activated my OpSys, and I was satisfied that we fixed the operational issues. My issues with the imperfect cosmetic and mechanical state of the machine are within my remedial ability but I felt they should not have been there; the owner agreed and apologized. I'm satisfied and, so far, do not doubt that I've received fair value for the modest sum spent.
