Combining Japanese folklore, in particular "the Romance of the Three Kingdoms," with the popular Animé genres of the schoolyard comedy and ecchi (soft core adult), IKKI TOUSEN: WATER WARS delivers the sex and violence many come to expect from the Japanese form. The schools of the Kanto district all vie for dominance over the region, and that dominance is achieved by pitting each school's greatest warriors against each other.
