Make sure you check the model (GBF = no lan)
All in all, a fast and reliable board. GBFL = onboard lan, GBF = no lan. I didn't check, but luckily had spare NIC PCI cards to use, but hadn't factored it into the cost of the PC I was building. All in all I expect no problems with it, I paired it with a 2.8EC P4 which is for a Win2K Server running Exchange with RAID 1 (Adaptec 1200A). If you get DDR3200, the board will allow for dual channel modes if the slots are paired and populated correctly.
