Annotation:
Three men who were friends and classmates 30 years before find themselves ensnared in a mystery that could rattle the foundations of medicine and religion: There's a forensic pathologist investigating alternative medicine practices for professional and desperately personal reasons; an anthropologist and religious scholar who discovers a mysterious skeleton under St. Peter's cathedral; and a New York Bishop who wants the discovery kept secret.

Praise

"The mixture of traditional medical thriller and historical thriller is provocative, and, as usual, the inventive story should keep Cook's fans turning the pages." - David Pitt 06/01/2009 & 06/15/2009
