just what I needed for my back
Good thing, poor assembly manual1/18/2014
All problems with the manual described in other reviews are very true. Here are some hints: (1) You'll need a couple of adjustable wrenches or pliers, and a large screwdriver; tools from the box do not work. (2) The manual says, insert the long spring pin here and the short one there. Do the opposite, the short here and the long there. (3) Use bolt M6, washer and nut to fix the loose end of the spring inside foot rest. (4) There are two extra screws and two nuts. Do not worry, that's by design.
Good inexpensive inversion table1/13/2014
All of the comments about the assembly instructions are dead on. It isn't a huge help that there are a couple of extra (yes I verified) screws and nuts included. The problem with the instructions is the large number of parts included in each step with no clear picture of how they go together. All pictures are from the same angle making it difficult to see how it all fits. Plan on taking a hour or so to assemble. Weight limit is 220 pounds, something I didn't see mentioned previously.
Was a bit difficult to build from the instructions provided. Using common sense I was able to get it together in 20-30 minutes. Great on my back! Great Price!

Can work everything
Product as expected. Could use better directions
Product arrived in good condition. Directions were a bit difficult but everything was successfully resolved. Product seems sturdy and preforms as described.
You get what you pay for7/8/2013
There are reasons this inversion table costs less than most others. To start, the "User Manual" is only an assembly manual. The assembly instructions in the manual are terrible! The instructions are in broken English, incomplete, and incorrect (e.g. the pull knobs placements are switched). I did manage to figure out what the spring is for and how to secure it, but there were no instructions for that. I ended up with some left over parts: two small bolts, two nuts, and a black rubber cap. To top it off, the tools supplied with the assembly kit are completely inadequate. Next, once I finally got it assembled and took the opportunity to use it, (without any included instructions, mind you) it felt clunky - parts move and make noises. Its functions and features are very basic. I don't know if well-constructed inversion tables work this way, but the rotation support/safety mechanism is a nylon strap and a carabiner - that's it. In the end, it does what it's supposed to do, but left me feeling under-impressed with initial use. Here's to hoping that long-term use will prove beneficial!
Inversion table is good, but HORRIBLE instructions6/20/2013
The inversion table functions as expected & is low priced. The pin in the height adjustment tube has some play - you hear a "clunk" as you flip upside down - not a secure feeling. The pin in the leg adjustment tube does not go deep into the tube. The assembly instructions are HORRIBLE (FRUSTRATING). As if written by someone who barely spoke English; the explosion picture is tiny. I have not figured out what the spring inside the leg adjustment tube attaches to & have extra parts
Appears to be quite sturdy. Challenging to assemble as the directions were less than ideal, but managed. Does not fold very flat, but overall a good value.
I was a little skeptical about purchasing a lower-priced inversion table, but I've been pleasantly surprised. The table is well made and the welds seem to be solid. I feel comfortable using this product and I'm sure it will last quite a while. The instructions are not very well written, but I was able to get it put together just fine. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.
The product was great but the assembly instructions had some mistakes and needed to be carefully checked to makle sure that the parts that fit were put in the right place.
