Author Bio
Andrew M. Greeley
Born in Oak Park, Illinois, Reverend Andrew M. Greeley received an A.B. at St. Mary of the Lake Seminary in 1950 and both an M.A. and Ph.D. at the University of Chicago. He has written extensively on religious and sociological topics in his column with the "Chicago Sun-Times", which began in 1985, and in numerous essays, articles, and non-fiction books. Father Greeley is also the best-selling author of a long list of novels, many of which are inspirational mysteries that examine spiritual and moral questions within modern society. A priest with what many would call liberal philosophies, Greeley produces bestsellers colored by both violence and sexuality, often detailing the sins and temptations of his distraught, ambivalent protagonists.

Kirkus Reviews
"Accomplished lightweight suspense, though in honest truth there's less suspense about what became of Sweet Rolls's corpse than about what Nuala Anne will be wearing under her wedding gown." 12/15/1997
