High expectations are not met!
I paid a lot for this jump drive. I expected a lot. After one month of using it, software issues emerged that could not be fixed by me with help from Ironkey's technical support. I lost the data on that drive, and was told that I'd be sent a new one by Ironkey and then I'd return the one I have. That was a week ago, and I've been waiting for my new drive since then. But, a week later, I get a request for proof of purchase. Now, it will take another week for me to get a new drive. So, not only am I not happy with the performance of the drive, but Ironkey's support has been unsatisfactory. Had they needed the proof of purchase before sending me a new one, they should have asked at that time, instead of having me wait a week expecting the item. They did not seem to bothered by this feedback. I'm not impressed.
