Well-designed, but poor sound8/31/2010
What's in the box: Headset, Mains charger, USB cable, two different ear-hooks, three identical Silicon plugs. Features: Call button, Volume up/down rocker switch, On/Off switch, Battery Indicator Light, Bluetooth Indicator Light. What I liked: No flashing/blinking "idiot" light when in use. On/Off switch doubles as status check and pairing. Very light and comfortable. What I disliked: Lowest volume setting was too loud. Placement of on/off switch makes it difficult to switch on/off while on the ear. Difficult to press on/off without also pressing call button. Sound quality is poor in noisy environments. Apparently this is because there is no noise cancellation. Occasionally the headset will disconnect from the phone, requiring reconnection from the phone. Final Comments: Sound quality is acceptable - barely - in an office environment, but due to the aforementioned absence of noise cancellation, wind noise makes it unusable outside. For this reason it is not recommended for use while driving. Conclusion: Even though it only cost $16, I returned it. AND BUY.COM WOULD DO WELL TO PROPERLY HANDLE PARAGRAPH BREAKS!!!
