Editor's NoteA magical board game serves as a door to another dimension in this adventure fantasy based on Chris Van Allsburg's award-winning children's book. When a pair of orphans discover the game and start playing it they unwittingly unleash a man (Robin Williams) who's been trapped inside--as well as an array of stampeding jungle animals, brought vividly to the screen courtesy of ILM's computer-generated special effects. Not worth it6/1/2011
This movie just isn't worth your time. The story is terrable and the acting is worse. How Robin Williams can still get work is beyond me. He just isn't funny, at all. The story doesn't have anything to do with what is going on in the movie either. Pass.
this has to be the best movie Robin has done. Kept me on the edge of my love seat the whole time. I definitely recommend seeing this movie again and again.
