Customer Reviews of jWIN JBTH710 Headphone - Stereo - Wireless - Bluetooth - 33 ft - Behind-the-neck - Binaural - Ear-cup
I love these headphones! I had for a year and work perfectly. Unfortunately I decided to try Motorola S305 they stop working after ONE MONTH! ordering a second pair of Jwin, and never again try another pair!
Affordable, functional, awesome3/22/2011
The talk time is amazing. I think the battery just now started dying after having the headset on for both jogging and home phone use for almost an entire week. Audio quality: perfect out of the box, my phone has a ton of mp3s on it, and its a cheap little Pantech Jest, so I wasn't expecting much. The sound quality was better than the wired stereo headphones I had purchased, and on par with the wired headset I had already. The only two big notes are issues with the design of the startup booklet and the usb plug on the headset. Booklet - they do not make it clear that the button to turn the headset on has to be held for an ADDITIONAL ten seconds to start pairing mode. I'm a newbie at this, so not knowing that differentiation, I was about to contact the seller, but tried a few things and got it to work with my phone pretty flawlessly. Cable - you have to apply pressure to plug the cable in, almost to the point that you think you're going to break it. It went in and started charging without issue. Minor issue: bluetooth randomly disconnects and reconnects when idle. I have not had an issue with this while it was in use, only while the headset was sitting quietly for over an hour. This was a recommendation from a friend, and I have to say he was on point with it. A good purchase for a low-end, completely functional bluetooth stereo headphone/headset.
These headphones are awesome! I never really got into bluetooth headphones or ear pieces, but I thought I'd give this a shot. Very simple to use, sounds great on every phone call, people say they hear me fine, and one push on the headphones and I'm listening to music. Couldn't be happier.
Works but has glitches12/11/2010
I'm no audiophile but I feel the sound is a bit muffled. I tend to like my music brighter. I bought this for something around $25 (incl. mailing) and this bluetooth gizmo is very serviceable. It's light and comfortable but can get a bit sweaty in warm environment. That's the trade off of the over-the-ear design, as opposed to ear buds. Unlike most buyers, I bought it mainly to use with my desktop at night so I don't disturb anyone and I can lie on my bed away from the computer. It works fine when watching DVDs and listening to music; however, I've encountered a big problem with listening to anything from the internet. My desktop is wirelessly connected to a DSL modem via Airport. For some reasons, when I use this headset to watch anything downloading from the internet, the speed becomes so slow that everything stops. Once I revert it back to the built-in mic, the speed picks up again. Even when the built-in mic is on, if I don't turn off the headset, the download speed slows down as well. Don't know why this bluetooth product would do that, as my mouse and keyboard are both bluetooth connected and I have no problem with them. My guess is that this headset interfere not with the DSL speed but with the bluetooth connection to the desktop. If this sells for anymore than $25, then it's worth only 2 stars.
I was NOT looking for bluetooth headphones, just a cheap pair to wear while doing yardwork. I stumbled across this set, and for the money I took a chance. I am very satisfied - they work as advertised - and they work well, with great sound. Only two issues - 1.) I have a large head, they do not fit perfectly. 2.) When I am carrying my laptop bag, they sometimes lose connection with my phone. I assume the battery causes interference. The bottom line is that these are well worth the money. You cannot go wrong with this price!
Works just fine8/31/2010
I bought this item on a whim thinking that it would be a useless toy, but much to my surprise it works just fine. I use it mainly for listening to music (through my evo 4) as I work around the house. I didn't know about the added bonus of taking calls with it. I would buy again.
Surprisingly good for the money8/24/2010
I thought at the small price i paid that it was unlikely that i would like these any better than the last pair i bought but i'm here to tell you.... they're pretty nice. #1 problem with the last pair i bought, they weren't loud enough. These are. In fact at times i actually have to turn them down. I also really like the way they fold up. They do seem a bit delicate and i'm scared i'm going to break them but i'm careful with them and the range on them could be a little better but as long as i have my phone in my pocket, it's not a problem. I've always preferred the 'behind the ears' type design and these are quite comfortable. I'm actually tempted to buy a couple more just for backup.
Good value for the money8/16/2010
Nice headphone for 30 bucks. Good sound. Not adjustable size so if you have not standard head size it may be not for you.
Nice sound. Low price!!3/10/2010
I liked these headphones so much that I ordered a second pair. They work well with Blackberry Curve and Samsung bluetooth enabled phones. The ear cushions help to seal around the ears to provide better sound and bass and to minimize outside background noise. Music is automatically silenced when you receive a phone call. Just press the multifunction button to answer the call. Very, very short, basic instruction sheet included: no manual. However, the headphones are so easy to use that a detailed manual is not needed. Hold the multifunction button down for about six seconds to turn them off (this was not mentioned in the instructions). Hold the multifunction button down about five seconds to redial the last number dialed on your cell phone (this also was not in the instructions). They fold up nicely for storage and traveling. For less than $30 you can't go wrong with these. Although they are not adjustable, they will fit well on average and large sized heads. I would not recommend for persons with small sized heads since they will be too loose.
