One use, Falling Apart Vendor Refuses to take back

by Brian M on 11/10/2010

Looking for a messenger-type bag to carry my iPad and other items, this looked to be a good choice. However after one trip, the seam where the strap meets the bag has started to pull apart on both sides. Attempts to get the Buy.com vendor "Luggage Pros" to take the bag back have been unsuccessful. They claim I should go back to the manufacturer. I'm disappointed that Buy.com is representing a vendor like Luggagepros.com with such a consumer-unfriendly return policy is unfortunate. I will continue to insist on a refund for what is clearly a design defect. Read More
