Customer Reviews of Kingston DTSE9 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive + 3 Sleeves
I use these for data and program transfers for my job. The silicone sleeves allow me to keep them identified. Great small size and work well for the job.
It's flash memory, no much to say, product is great and compact. No complaints.
Great price for great product...7/22/2013
I got these at $9.99 and for that price, I really like the product and can't find any reason to ding the rating. I expect it to work like any other USB flash drives that I've bought in the past. The colored sleeves are nice for distinguishing one from another for different purposes.
Good Value; Handy Sleeves6/28/2013
I got four of these and having the three colors of sleeves is handy for telling them apart if you use more than one for different purposes. I checked them all with my WinXP netbook, copying a file over and then deleting it again. The drivers installed fine and the file operations seemed to work well. I've used one to create a Live Ubuntu USB drive and was able to boot from that (it was a bit slow, but I'm guessing that had more to do with my netbook's CPU and RAM resources than the flash drive). I copied a 1.5 GB movie file to another one. So I'm guessing these will serve me well for a long time and they seem like a good value at around $10. Depending on how accessible the USB port is that you're putting them in, it can be a bit of a challenge to get hold of the drive to pull it out, especially with a sleeve on it. But if you put some sort of keychain or lanyard or string through the hole, it makes this easier, and will likely help you keep from losing it, and can also be helpful for telling the drives apart if you have more than one.
