Easy to set up, had no problem with the wireless settings. Also, the Kodak iPhone print app works great with this printer. Good quality photos at a reasonable price.
The scans are not fuzzy, and the prints are not fuzzy. The draw back with the scanner is that it cannot send the scan wirelessly (must be connected), but apparently thats a common theme with scanner/printers. Other than that i had a problem with setting up the wireless print, but not because of the printer, it was because i needed to reset my router in order for it to find the printer.
piece of junk10/17/2011
I could not be more dissatisfied with this printer/copier. I run a small business and have yet to successfully send or receive a FAX. This is after multiple consults with support staff. The low price print cartidge is also scam. Although I rarely, if ever, use the color cartridge, both black and color cartridges need to be changed for the black to print. Save you money - don't buy this junk
Great printer, slow scanner7/18/2011
This printer prints great photos and text. The problem is the long scan wait times. if you do a lot of scanning, i would pass on this one. my old dell scanned in a fraction of the time and i see no improvement in quality of scans
Not a Bad All in One from Kodak12/7/2010
I bought this all in one to replace an old Epson printer and an old Epson scanner - there was nothing wrong with the scanner, except there were no Vista Drivers. I got rid of the printer because ink was $60+! So this Kodak 6150 solves my connection issues (I am using the hard wire ethernet) and ink is only $27! The device lacks slots to plug CF cards or SD cards, so you can't print direct from them, but that is not an issue for me. I don't think it prints anywhere near the speed Kodak claims, but it prints documents fast enough for me. I don't really print a lot of photos, but that is slow. I really love the hardwire ethernet connection and the Kodak software, I can scan a document or photos from any of my computers and I can print from any of my computers (I have a mixed WinXP and Vista environment). The fax features and document scanner seem to work fine for the few faxes I sent so far. The scanner lacks all the settings I had on the Epson, but the Epson was a hard core photo and negative scanner, but I am not displeased with the quality of the scans from this Kodak. I would recommend this unit to anyone trying to save desk space and needs a pretty good scanner and a pretty good printer, and you get a full fledged fax to boot! The added plus is that to replace the ink is only $27!
