	Fast 24.5 ppm output. For versatile color or B&W documents in less time, the magicolor 7450 II uses a powerful 733 MHz G4 processor to print 24.5-letter-size pages per minute in both color and B&W - providing its first page out in just 8.2 seconds for B&W and 11.4 seconds for Color.
	Built-in Emperon® Print System. Excellent print functionality with next generation Emperon 5.1 controller technology, supporting PostScript 3 (v3016), PCL 6 emulations and PDF, JPEG/TIFF Direct Print capability.
	Fast seamless communication. For all Windows, Mac, Linux or mixed-platform environments, the magicolor 7450 II gives you all the drivers you need – with integrated Gigabit Ethernet interface for high-speed color printing to serve an entire network of creative pros.
	Pure Black printing. The new Image CMYK Gray feature ensures printing of non-text black objects pure and sharp.
	Sharp small text and thin lines. With the new Thin Line Mode you can now print small text and bar codes sharp for great detail.
	Advanced performance capabilities. Add the optional 40 GB hard disk drive and the 256 and/or 512 MB memory upgrades to maximize features and functionality available with the magicolor 7450 II - downloading fonts, electronic collation, Job Accounting, Direct PDF, JPEG & TIFF printing, Proof then Print, Secured Print, Print & Hold and Stored Job functions. The new PDF 1.6 support makes it possible to print the transparent objects embedded in documents for true-to-life proofs.
	9600 x 600 dpi-class PhotoART contone resolution. For smooth color gradations, true-to-life photographic detail and highly saturated blacks, the magicolor 7450 II uses sophisticated 4-bits/pixel Contone printing technology.
	Simitri® Color Polymerized Toner. Exclusive Konica Minolta technology provides spectacular color quality, with razor-sharp text, high resolution graphics and superior halftones. Advanced fusing technology on coarse media creates durable prints that don't smear and resist fading.
	Smart calibration system. The exclusive Konica Minolta eAIDC (enhanced Automatic Image Density Control) system ensures consistent color on every job throughout the life of your printer.
	Superb performance in any platform. ICC-based color matching and dependable automatic color control in both PC and Macintosh® environments, with full support for Windows® ICM and Apple® ColorSync®.
	Versatile emulations, accurate color. The magicolor 7450 II provides SWOP, Commercial Press, Eurocolor, TOYO, DIC and SNAP press emulations as well as standard RGB source profiles such as sRGB, Apple RGB, ColorMatch, Blue Adjust and Adobe® RGB.
	Versatile media support. You can load media from custom media as small as 3.55" x 5.50" to banner size (up to 12.25" x 47.24") in weights up to 140 lb. index (256 g/m2), allowing you to print on heavy stock, envelopes, letterhead paper, labels, creating a full-color marketing campaign on a single output device, including comps and spreads, direct-mail flyers, banners, posters, stationery and CD labels. The magicolor 7450 II will handle the heavy workload with its maximum monthly duty cycle of 120,000 prints.
	Options to customize print output. You can add up to three 500-sheet paper cassettes to the standard paper input of 350 sheets, expanding paper capacity to 1,850 sheets—and add an auto-duplex option for high-speed printing on both sides of each page, increasing productivity and saving paper to meet global environmental concerns.
	Direct Photo Printing. With PictBridge™ compatible cameras, you'll be able to print photos directly on your magicolor 7450 II – no computer required.
