Makes it easy to know the chilly morn air11/8/2010
I should write this a year later to determine the durabily factor, because the first one shipped did not survive the Post Ofc delivery, but now that it is mounted on the wall, everything works great. Accurate? Sure, within a degree or two. What do you expect, a NOAA Weather Station? I just discovered that it will record temp highs & lows = a nice feature.
I bought this and determined the outside remote temperature reading was off by 2-3 degrees. sometime higher and sometimes lower. not worth buying
