Latini pasta Linea Classic is produced from a blend of Italian durum wheat. From the six hundred different types of Italian wheat we grow, we have chosen just six, and each year Latini repeats this painstaking process in order to come up with the highest levels of organoleptic excellence. Latini uses bronze dies to make our pasta, which gives it a rough appearance. Thanks to this feature, the pasta mixes perfectly with any type of condiment and sauce. Latini pasta is dried during a low temperature process that lasts for 24 to 48 hours. The molecular structure of the starches remains almost unvaried, and the most volatile aromas are preserved. The result? A rich, delicate pasta with an exceptional fragrance.
