Leap Pad or touch Pad?2/10/2012
Depending on the maturity of your child you might choose a touch pad instead. My son just turned 3 and I'm using the leap pad as a primer to get him used to touch screen interfaces. If your child already understands how to navigate touch screens then just get a touch pad (iPad or whatever). He does love his Leap Pad and chooses it over all other media right now. I expect that by 4 or 5 we'll opt for a regular touch pad so we can enjoy the greater versatility, selection, and functionality.
