I bought a copy of this book from the author after seeing her on youtube for more than its sold for here and it is quite amazing and well worth the price. How can they make such a big colorful book for $10? Anyway, when I buy a cookbook, I have to see how the dishes look when they are done before I buy the book. This one has huge colorful pictures.It's amazing what you can make raw. She is quite an insipration to me and my mother, I hope I look like her when I'm in my 70's!
