Paddle shift feels flimsy, when you pull the paddle there is a lot of play before anything happens, feels cheap. The rest of the wheel seems decent, I think the force feedback is adjustable, whatever it was set to as default in GT5P is too high. The shifter also is a miss in my opinion, and the clutch isn't supported in GT5P. The problem with the shifter is the mechanism to depress the knob for reverse, it's easy to push in partially and cause you to miss a gear, also getting reverse wasn't 100%, also had a problem with the shifter not working at all after about 15 mins, restarted the game and it was back. All in all, I think it's a decent wheel, but all the reviews I read made it sound better than it actually is, it definitely has its shortcomings. I think a seat that is designed to mount a wheel like this is almost a necessity with this wheel, playing with it mounted to a light weight table will only frustrate you. I was hoping it would seem more realistic than it did, still feels very arcade like to me. I'm curious if this wheel with all of its features is really any better than the logitech gran turismo wheel for far less money, most of the extra features aren't supported by the game which makes them useless, and shifting with the 6 speed with no clutch support is just stupid.
