The first mouse did work. It was replaced very quickly and everyone went out of their way to help.
Cute package for the laptop4/10/2010
This mouse has a small USB device that communicates with the mouse. For storing, it slide locks into the base of the mouse. Very good for traveling and you won't lose it. Lots of setup & customization from the software. Only 1 AA battery needed. Overall a great deal for the price and I can quit using that stupid glide point on my laptop.
Good Wireless Mouse4/9/2010
I purchased this wireless mouse as a cheap way to improve the useage of an older pc system as a video streaming device for Netflix. Because it is a "bulk" item it was the mouse and a sticker on the packaging telling me to navigate to an executable online to bring up a "connection" window for the device. I had some trouble getting it running but, looking back, it was more of an issue of having the correct Windows USB drivers on my machine (XP Home). I do have to say that SupplySale did a great job. I wrote them an email because of the trouble I was having. They called me within a half hour and talked me through the process. Once I got the instructions all went well. The setup is only done once. So now it works flawlessly. The mouse has decent range. Not great, but enough for me to sit back 6 to 8 feet from the pc and run it as if connected. Anything more and it starts to lose the signal. The mouse is smaller then the normal size, but I actually like it. Since we are using the pc for streaming video to our television the less bulk the better. Pricing is great, performance is decent. I did take some points off for ease of use because, without instructions, you are left guessing how to get it running. But overall I am happy with the purchase.
