Customer Reviews of M-Audio Axiom-61 Gen-2 61-Key Semi-Weighted USB MIDI Controller
Great to use for quickly recording your ideas!10/15/2011
The first time you play this keyboard you'll notice that it has semi-weighted keys. The feel of it is a cross between a real piano and a regular non-weighted keyboard. I prefer this as it has a solid feel to it but still very responsive. The nice thing about this is that it integrates into so many different audio workstations. There are presets you can use or you can customize your own. Maybe you want a dial or knob to control a certain function, you can do that with this. You can even split the keyboard so that half the keys are for one instrument and the other half is for another. If you want to get your ideas down quickly I definitely recommend this!
