Nice bag, bad button
My Manhattan Portage bag arrived promptly from Buy.com. It's a nice bag: designed to be slung comfortably over one shoulder with a good wide strap (the width of the strap helps, but this sort of design will always mean occasional slipping), fitting two or three books, a 20oz water bottle, and a couple of other things, as well as pens etc, easily; and it's stylish. It also has a surprising variety of pocket types, to keep books, documents, and pens (say) all separate. Unfortunately, one of the pockets is fastened by a snap fastener, and this has already broken (after only a couple of weeks). It's not a major problem (the pocket is sealed by the outer flap anyway) but it's disappointing that such a nice bag should so quickly have this issue. Otherwise, however, it seems like a very durable manufacture.
