Maxtor support is slow
Maxtor is willing to replace my failing 300gig internal drive under warranty. Great! But they are making me wait.... Even under the "Advanced" return policy, they qoute 5-7 business days to get a replacement to me. No quicker, even if I offer to pay for overnight shipping! It won't even start moving until a couple of days go by! What kind of customer support is that, for such a critical part?
