These kept falling out of my ears while I was running :o(
The earbuds themselves perform just fine. The sound is okay, not super rich, not basy, not trebbely just all around okay. Which is what I was expecting and am satisfied with that. What I'm not happy about is 2 key points that make me feel very mislead through this purchase. 1: No extra ear cushions as promised, only one size they fit okay, but not great. I would have liked larger cushions to help fit my ears better. 2: They have a microphone on the left ear cord. A large microphone for making cell phone calls. I have no idea how it performs because my phone does not have a 3.5mm jack. So now I have this large useless weight on my earbuds I bought for jogging and computer use. Packaging was also very sub standard, just a cheap plastic form trey and a baggie. It was like the insert you'd get inside a clamshell package, removed from that package, wrapped in a cheap baggie and shipped out. I am very disappointed in this order, since it's going to be a difficult process to return this considering I only spent 9.99. I'm not going to deal with it. The only good part, is the long cord. That part along with the sound quality is decent. You won, hope you feel proud that you've duped me.
Broke within a Day9/29/2010
Bought two different sets for my two Ipod users. The cheaper ones are a month old and still going strong. These broke within 24 hours. The glue holding the volume control didn't hold and the part just separated into two pieces. Given the cost and time of trying to get them replaced, I just blew it off.
The best 5.50 you may ever spend6/24/2010
OMIGOSH, great sound for such inexpensive little buds of joy! My puppy has recently chewed through and destroyed a fair amount of high end electronics. As I am replacing the 3rd pair of headsets he has destroyed in 5 months I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I ordered two of these, the package literally arrived the next day, I opened 'em, plugged 'em and was blown away by the quality of the sound. I am not a music-head. I use them for listening to audiobooks, recorded lectures for school and sometimes the a show/movie on the computer. The headphones really meet my needs. Again, I can not impress upon you ENOUGH the quality of the sound for these inexpensive little headphones.
