This program uses movements that have been adapted from classic Pilates principals on the Reformer and the mat. Using similar ballet exercises that require focused control and breathing, you will be able to comprehensively shape, tone, and define your entire body.
The first 30 minutes of this Pilates inspired program provides a balance challenge which stabilizes the core of the body while slimming the hips, abs and buns. During the 15-Minute Floor Work segment, you will concentrate on your breathing while lengthening and strengthening the arms, abs and legs.
Featuring: Katalin Zamiar, an AFAA, ACE and ISMA certified instructor. She holds a third degree black belt and 21 years experience in martial arts and boxing. She has also taught cardio-kick boxing, strength training, anaerobic intervals and flexibility training.
