The RAIDBank5 is a super speed, low cost RAID solution for storage-intensive digital media applications. MicroNet designed the RAIDBank5 for maximum performance with hardware RAID architecture that delivers over 200MB/sec and quad interface with nearly universal connectivity of FireWire 800 & 400, eSATA and SuperSpeed USB 3.0 which is backwards compatible with USB 2.0. The RAIDBank5 combines the performance and capacity of higher-end storage systems with the simplicity demanded by SMB customers who typically lack a dedicated IT staff while data security is assured with a simple USB plug-in encryption key, providing AES-256 encryption.
