Customer Reviews of Microsoft Everest Laptop Backpack - 15.4"
Good inexpensive notebook b/p2/24/2009
Design is nice. Holds all your stuff and has variety of pockets for organizing. Well padded. For $16, what more could you ask for?
This is an excellent backpack, I have used it with and without my laptop and it is spacious and comfortable both ways. Definitely recommend it from this site, too- I saw one like it in an electronics store for almost double the price.
Does not appear to be of great quality, but you get what you paid for.
Laptop bag is ok..12/22/2008
The laptop bag is ok. The shoulder straps feel comfortable and there's additional padding in a circular shape on the top by the shoulders and on the bottom by the left and right hips. The center v-shape it creates is not padded but instead it is very thin so as to allow ventilation. That was good to see. It has plenty of pockets to keep your cables and other computer related things separate. It was designed fairly well. However on the opposite end, the divider that would separate your laptop from books and other documents is pretty thin and not protective at all. I'm not fashion orientated, but I just can't get over how ugly this bag is. I wanted something cheap and functional but when I saw much nicer looking Targus and Samsung bags the next day for the same price, I kicked myself. In retrospect the grade that I gave this bag on value and satisfaction are based primarily on my realization that I could have done better for the same price.
