the mouse was good but the cable is too short. given the fact that i am using a macbook with only usb ports to the left, it is a challenge to use the mouse myself being a right handed person.
if you intend to use the product, make sure that you have an pc with usb port to the side you are intending to use the product with
I was searching for a mouse I could conveniently use with my laptop or netbook...when I saw this one at just $4.95, shipped, I grabbed it. Shipping was super fast and the mouse is exactly as described. Within seconds of taking it out of the package, it was up and running on my netbook. Because of it's small size, this mouse is a good fit for women and children. Its light weight also makes it ideal for popping into my netbook carrying case when I'm on the go.
This little mouse is good for short term use. I bought it to replace a full size mouse for a friend that has a desktop not understanding how small it is. The cord is very short also. I would buy again for a laptop though.
This is an excellent Microsoft USB mouse for use with notebook computers if you don't want to fool with wireless mice and the necessary batteries. The mouse works well and the 3 buttons are customizable with the Microsoft mouse software.
One problem is the USB cable. My laptop has USB ports on the left side only, so using the mouse on the right side is almost impossible. Not a problem if your laptop has USB ports on the right side or you use a hub. The mouse is also physically quite small, so beware if you have large hands. And at first I couldn't get it to do anything, but after plugging it into another computer it it started working. But overall a decent optical mouse.
This mouse has been around for a while so it is nothing fancy but does what it should. It is small but still fits the hand ok and has been very reliable. I bought it to replace another one exactly like it that the cable finally broke on.
Notebook-size wired mouse is nothing fancy; just a simple, useful mouse. Unless you have strong preference for a wireless mouse, this works just fine; also inexpensive enough to keep around for the times when the battery runs out in your wireless mouse.
These mini-mice are great. Small enough for travel, big enough so it doesn't feel awkward in your hand. My wife likes them because they're just small enough to use the arm of her overstuffed recliner as her mousepad. And the fact they're "tethered," not wireless, means when she falls asleep and it falls off, it doesn't hit the floor and break.
