7 Gestures for Win7
Elegant and easy
It’s as easy as one-two-three:
2.Simply slip two fingers left to right or up and down to dock, minimize, maximize, or restore a window.
3.Slide three fingers to close all windows, show the desktop, or open task switcher.
Microsoft’s proprietary BlueTrack™ Technology works on more surfaces than both optical and laser mice.
Customer Reviews of Microsoft Touch Multi-Touch Mouse
The shape of the mouse makes it easy to use all the gestures. Very responive to the touch.
Not for me11/26/2012
I bought this for use at my office, but isnt going to work out. setup and install was a no-brainer. just plug it in and it installed the drivers. pros - i like the gestures. they are a bit of a time saver. cons - too small for my hands. a couple of my apps dont support the gestures or scrolling so i have to switch back to my old mouse. overall - i will stuck with my old mouse.
Microsoft Touch Mouse - Multi-Touch - BlueTrack10/30/2012
Had a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Mouse (6000?) for years. Loved it. It died. Now that I'm familiar with the configuration and use of this mouse I'm a bigger fan by the day. Truly a great mouse with a high value and an insanely good price.
The center scroll touch area barely works, has a large dead zone, and jumps inconsistently. Also, when you perform a click, the whole top shell moves, and the way I hold the mouse, my thumb and ring finger get micropinched against the base.
The training video was quick and self explanatory, it teaches you how to use the gestures. I switched from a Logitech mouse to this mouse. It has a different feel to it than I'm used to but I have already mastered the gestures. Once I'm used to the feel of a different mouse shape I think all will be good. I did need to tweak the mouse settings to my liking a bit. I prefer a slower moving mouse on my screen. The mouse performs well.
Cool mouse but not perfect8/30/2011
This is a nice little mouse and the gestures seem quick and easy to master. After getting used to the ergonomics and the gestures, I'm flying around my desktop. It is a bit pricey for what it adds and it does take some getting used to but overall I really like it.
Tried half day and returning now. Good design but gesture is not reliable yet. While browsing web, page goes back/forward by itself. Mouse detects as gestures even I didn't do any motion. Check Amazon reviews what others are saying.
Takes a little getting used to8/18/2011
Just received the Touch Mouse today. Super easy to setup. I bought this mouse for two reasons. Blue Track Tech, and the coolness of the gestures. Blue Track is flawless on my MS Notebook mouse and the same can be said for this one. So far I'm a happy camper with this purchase.
