Customer Reviews of Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 6000 - USB
After using standard keyboards for years, I found myself repeatedly gravitating to the Microsoft 6000 keyboard at my local tech store. With its curved layout and minimal pressure requirements when typing, I just felt that the ease of use would be a radical change from standard-style keyboards. This has been the case. I type very slowly but do type with all fingers; however, the standard keyboards were beginning to make my right wrist hurt. I now sit with the Microsoft 6000 and easily have increased my typing speed by a half and am able to rest my wrists comfortably on the wrist pad.
My only reservation so far has been the pre-programming of the additional function buttons, which I have yet to learn to modify so that the program they start is the one I select and not the one Microsoft has pre-selected. Nevertheless, the response is very rapid and the key response is even more rapid than an wire-attached keyboard.
