	Budd's fragmentary piano notes glisten like dewdrops on the morning lawn during "Memory Gongs," while Liz Frasier's mellifluous voice cascades over the frozen drum patterns and processed guitar opalescence of "Sea, Swallow Me." What Budd brings to these proceedings is an air of classical sophistication that reigns in any more mainstream aspirations.
