Have had to replace twice in 4 months!
I bought these in April and loved them until they stopped working in June. Motorola replaced them in June (it takes two days to get the Return Authorization email which you need before returning the broken ones, and then it takes a week to get the replacements). They are now broken again and I won't receive the replacements until September. The problem is the same: the sound becomes intermittent suddenly and then nonexistent over a few days. I use them only when I walk and do not mishandle them or mistreat them in any way. It's pretty frustrating to have them work for 2 months and then wait 1 1/2 weeks to get a working pair again.
