Works good, little fan noise.12/8/2008
I paired this card with a Soyo 24" lcd. Great picture. Has a little fan noise when loading pages with alot of graphics. Great price $$. Easy to overclock with included CC. Remember you have to give up two slots to fit the card.
I like it!11/2/2008
I replaced my ATI Powercolor X850 Pro with this card and I am now able to turn absolutely every option all the way up on UT3 and Need for speed while running my Sony 21" CRT monitor at it's native 1600 X 1200 pixel setting with no hiccups or tearing. Its length caused me to move one of my hard drives up and out of the way to accommodate the placement of the card in my case. I didn't use the CD for install; I just wiped the existing driver and downloaded the new driver from ATI. I didn't use CC I use ATI tools for any options the Driver doesn't offer. I put it in a DFI Lanparty MB next to my Thermaltake Big Typhoon CPU Heatsink with no problem. My CPU is an Opteron 165 OCed to 2.81 GHz. I using 2 GB of RAM. I have been using the card for 3 weeks with no problems. I bought it from one of buy.com's eBay sales new and sealed, but at a high double digit price not a triple digit. Shipping was very quick.
Had my problems...5/14/2008
This is a very quick card for the price, but I have had some serious issues with it that still have yet to be resolved. I don’t think it is the card but rather a compatibility issue with something on my computer. I am in the middle of trouble shooting but still have high hopes. It is pretty cool playing Oblivion with all of the video settings cranked to Max though:) Condemned also plays really sweet.
