| The MXL V88S is a small profile multi-purpose microphone with a fixed cardioid pattern. Key features include a 1.25" large diaphragm gold-sputtered capsule and low noise FET preamp with balanced transformer less output. A new addition for the V88s is a 3-position pad (pre-attenuation) switch with settings of 0dB, -10dB and -20db.
