Praise
"Goddard's gentle pacing and even prose build to an absorbing finale."
"Although Robert Goddard's suspense stories are always deftly put together, the plotting of NAME TO A FACE...is downright diabolical...."

Annotation At the behest of his friend and biggest client, Tim Harding--an expat living out his recently widowed retirement in Monaco with a landscaping business--heads to Cornwall to pick up a soon-to-be-auctioned ring of immense value. Turns out his buddy, Barney Tozer (the guy with all the lawn maintenance needs), has quite a spotty past, as does the ring he so desperately wants. Juggling international junkets, love affairs, and dead bodies while trying to get to the bottom of the mysteries surrounding this piece of jewelry, Tim enjoys quite a few adventures, and readers will have a grand time tagging along. This is another ship-shape thriller from the prolific Robert Goddard.
