These extended plans cover all parts and labor that are available under the original warranty as well as lightning and power surge protection. These plans help you avoid unnecessary hassle and expenses and keep your business operating at maximum efficiency. Expert Technical Service And Support: Through Premium Protect, you can take advantage of one or two additional years of comprehensive technical service and support with trained and courteous representatives who are available 24/7 to offer troubleshooting and support. In the event that extended warranty service is necessary, you can enjoy display performance with minimal downtime through either an exchange or service repair, depending on your needs. When Product Requires Service: AIG Warranty Services and Insurance Agency, Inc. ("AIGWS") will ship you a new or remanufactured product of like kind, quality and functionality. Once Your product is replaced with a new product, this PPE is considered fulfilled and coverage ends. If Your product is replaced with a remanufactured product, coverage under this PPE will continue until the end of the original coverage period. Advance Replacement: When you call for service on Your product, you will be asked to supply a valid credit card number and expiration date. You will be shipped a new or remanufactured product. You are responsible for shipping Us the defective product within twenty-one (21) days after receipt of the replacement unit. Your credit card will be charged the replacement value of the product covered under the PPE if the defective product is not returned within the required timeframe. You are responsible for the cost of freight and insurance for the defective product shipment back to the designated location. Standard Replacement: You will be required to ship Your covered product to a designated location. AIG Warranty Services and Insurance Agency, Inc. ("AIGWS") will supply You with a carton and shipping instructions. You are responsible for the cost of freight and insurance to the inspection location. Upon receipt of the defective product, AIG Warranty Services and Insurance Agency, Inc. ("AIGWS") will ship You a new or remanufactured product of like kind, quality and functionality. Product Registration Required: To validate this PPE, You must register the covered product Available on new and previously purchased product: Previously purchased product must have 90 days remaining on standard warranty Does not apply to refurbished product
