Donna Hay
Taught to cook as a child by her mother, Donna Hay grew up helping her friends master the intricacies of the kitchen. As an adult, she became a food stylist, caterer, and journalist. She then began writing cookbooks and founded a magazine (called DONNA HAY) that popularized her techniques, which emphasize easy-to-cook but delicious dishes based on Asian and Mediterranean traditions.
