A product I would recommend9/22/2009
It is a surprisingly good product (note it is a US-version). It comes with 8GB MicroSD, a USB cable, and wired stereo head phones. It has regular 3.5m headphone jack. As item arrived I updated the firmware using free Nokia PC suite https://www.nokiausa.com/get-support-and-software/software/nokia-suites-for-your-pc (be patient: it takes time). The phone has a good touch customizable interface, Look on the web for “Nokia 5800 tips”. Hand writing input is fun to use, the stylus is awkward to hold but it enhances use of the touch screen. Browser works well, youtube.com video pages work well. WiFi is working fine. Battery life is very good. I have not tested GPS. But it looks like it is working. I use it with at&t SIM. It should work with t-mobile as well. For less then $300 it is a pretty good bargain. Some reviews complain about need to touch twice before activating some of displayed item. My understanding it is justified because one may want to open Options that are available for the highlighted item not to activate the item itself.
