Perhaps marked for its opening sequence and eerie voice-over, "There is nothing wrong with your television set. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. We are controlling transmission", The Outer Limits pushed the boundaries of television and viewers minds by introducing a new caliber of science fiction.

Includes 17 episodes on two discs: Soldier, Cold Hands, Warm Heart, Behold, Eck!, Expanding Human, Demon with a Glass Hand, Cry of Silence, The Invisible Enemy, Wolf 359, I, Robot, The Inheritors (Part 1), The Inheritors (Part 2), Keeper of the Purple Twilight, The Duplicate Man, Counterweight, The Brain of Colonel Barham, The Premonition, and The Probe!

"...a must see...a thought provoking science fiction anthology show designed to blow minds and give children nightmares.  Brett Cullum, DVD Verdict
"...the best episodes challenge viewers intellectually and emotionally, encouraging us be more than passive non-participants.  Mark Bourne, DVD Journal
"The best program of its type ever to run on network TV!  Stephen King

Editor's Note
The science fiction series OUTER LIMITS had a brief run of only two seasons in the 1960s, but its influence on television is undeniable. Its huge cult following would eventually spawn a new OUTER LIMITS series in the 1990s. This collection comprises the second season of the original series and includes guest stars such as Ted Knight, James Shigeta, Robert Duvall, June Havoc, William Shatner, and many other recognizable faces. This third volume presents another set of episodes.
