I weighed over 380 pounds 7 months ago. With aggressive diet, walking, now running, and doing P90X workouts I have lost 102 pounds. I have amazing definition in my calves, well defined thigh, arm and chest muscles, as well as tons of energy and strength to help friends move from a 3rd floor condo to a 2nd floor apartment. Don't be scared if you can't do most of it for the first few weeks, keep doing it, don't quite and it really, really works.
