Author Bio
Pam Conrad
Multifaceted author Pam Conrad wrote picture books, beginning reader books, and young adult novels. She attended Hofstra University and the New School for Social Research. Conrad is well known for her picture book THE TUB PEOPLE, about a family of toys who rejoice in the return of a missing member. Some of her young adult novels include WHAT I DID FOR ROMAN and HOLDING ME HERE. Conrad also wrote nonfiction, including PRAIRIE VISIONS: THE LIFE AND TIMES OF SOLOMON BUTCHER, the true story of a traveling photographer who photographed frontier families in Nebraska.
