10 Minute Pilates - Highly recommend!
Very pleased with dvd. I have worked out for many years and have been interested in trying pilates. I found the work out to be challenging (but not so much it's dreaded), as it is so different from what I usually do. The instruction is clear. The moves are simple but effective. In 40 minutes you can get both cardio and toning benefits, or pick and choose specific parts to add to your usual drill, or if you only have time for a quick workout - pick a body part to focus on - do the 10 minutes and go. After using it several times, I bought one for my mother-in-law, who works out every day. It's a great addition to any routine. This dvd is a keeper!
