Private Show Volume III: a concept CD, sophisticated sound architecture implemented to turn each track into a "room", in which a story begins every time the music starts up. We can see it, but we are hidden away. We are "musical voyeurs". A dynamic album - foreground shots, each framed in a different way, for nuances of passion. We have (at least partly) gone beyond the idea of the "sound track" - a genre which the Private Show series was consciously inspired by, also in the past. But the CD is closer to the movie medium itself and is practically a "spectacle" It is a "spectacle" in the sense that it evokes sensations that reach out to more senses than just hearing. Pure melody is accompanied by elements that evoke visual stimuli, conveyed by the "material" nature of certain sounds. We hear the clink of a teaspoon against the side of a cup ("Mas Volta"), and imaginary springs squeaking ("Love Your All") and we catch a scent of cinnamon when listening to the track, "Cinnamon" - a range of sense stimuli we can associate with the La Perla repertory of images.
