can't get my bluetooth to work4/12/2009
sounds great to me, everything works except the bluetooth which I can pair my phone but it won't to connect (verizon chocolate). I don't know if it my phone or the stereo but nevertheless it doesn't work. Nice unit though.
A Must Have1/20/2009
I read about this particular radio before I purchased it. Getting used to that 5 way knob is not too much fun, but after you figure it out, its an umbelievable radio. Keep in mind, other units in the same price range don't have bluetooth built-in. It costs an average of $100.00 or more to add the unit. Lots of people couldn't import their cellular phonebooks into the radio, but there is a free software out there that allows your phone to connect & import all of your information. I am currently using an 8gb flash drive for my music because I hate having cds all over my truck. So far, I have 49 cds worth of music on it. As for a portable external hard drive, its a bit tricky. It must be formatted to either FAT 16 or FAT 32 in order for your radio to read it. So........format it, plug it in, and enjoy endless music.
Arrived when stated in excellent condition. Would do business again.
Functions are set up a little different than use to, but the instructions were easy to follow. Sounds good, cd does not skip, bluetooth works good (names of incoming calls works very well), reads all files on 16gig sdhc card with reader(most can't read past so many files), HAS A BUILT IN FAN,AWESOME! VERY HAPPY!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
