Brings depth to the games audio6/19/2012
The audio is as impressive as my 5 channel PC. Also because I get the console audio my TV is turned down and preventing bleed over on the microphone. The design is nice as each side controls one function of the headset. The right side is the console audio volume and headset power. The other side is the volume of the game chat and microphone mute button. The microphone can easily be stored in the up position when not chatting. Changing the batteries (Twist right ear piece) made me concerned on how well this is made but I have done it many times since and it is well designed and easy to use. Con: I dinged it on ease of use because the power button is picky on how long you hold it. Therefore to access the power button I have to hold it and see the blue LED flash on. Not that big of a deal, just something I notice and probably per design intent to prevent accidental power on switches.
very intricate design and the delivery is kind of fast too. you get this like a couple of days after you order it. nice comfort around the ears and its also wireless too. absolutely no restrains what so ever. this headset allows you to more around a lot more freely.
Well I've been looking around for a great headset. One thats gonna be strong and have great sound quality. I've used other headsets in the past and liked them however they broke rather easy and at 80 dollars plus they shouldn't. This headset is great very durable and the sound quality rivals the popular brands in the same market. Ive used a pair of Triton's and Turtle Beach's and the sound quality out of these is the same or better. Please remebr they are not dolby digital 5.1 or better they are sterio But you will be impressed and pleased with this set.
Stereo sound was excellent! Bass? the sounds is crisp, clean, with a great since of spacial surround sound. Love it !
Better than expected!!!4/21/2012
I have used Turtle Beach & Tritton headsets for my XBOX 360. I bought this for my son to replace Turtle Beach X1 headset that broke, didn't expect much but these sound just as good as Turtle Beach X31 or maybe even better. The only drawback on these headsets are that the mute and volume control for the Xbox Live is on the headset instead of the talk cable or at the connection part to the controller, but great sound for game and Live talking, and boom mic works well too. I highly recommend this gaming headset
I purchased this for one son and quickly picked up another for my other son. They both use it and the wireless keeps my cats from chewing the wires. An excellent product and great price
I have played on the xbox 360 for over a year now and they are pretty awesome. They are reliable in their products. The games are really fun. I love to play the fps games they have. Headphones, controllers, all the games are really great if u use them together!
These have good clarity for a wireless product, with a nice range of sound from the lowest bass to the highest treble. Setup was easy, and they were more lightweight that I was expecting. On a side note, for those of you who have two or more Sennheiser base stations connected to multiple televisions in your home, you will be able to pick up the audio from all of them by simply adjusting the tuner.
the quality of the sound compared to the standard iPod earphones are a bit better and sometimes even a bit more deeper. Compared to the standard earphones, these are pretty solid. However, in most of the songs that I hear, the sound is a bit muffled, to say the least. Personally for me, it results in a better song some times, other times it doesn't really "improve" the sound quality.
