This product is still new to our office. The concept of operation will add enhanced value to our office efficiency. However, we have found it difficult learning its operation. Currently the headset lifter is not working. Not sure if it's us, or the device. Have already spent approximately 40 minutes on learning how to work it properly. Will need to devote more attention at a later, more convenient time.
