Dance 'Til You Drop...Dead.
A college student finds a canister in his uncle's attic that is determined to contain a drug more potent than ecstasy and sells it at a rave. But when the drug's side effects start to kick in, the ultimate rave turns into the ultimate grave as party goers drop to their death...Then rise to feed again!

"...the gore was gnarly...brains sucked out of skulls, beheadings, eye gouging, gun shot wounds and more!  John Fallon, Arrow in the Head
"...very much in the vein of Resident Evil...better than your average Sci-Fi Original...  Matt Paprocki, Blogcritics Review
"Nice! We get decapitations, impalements, an axe in the head and more! Now this is more like it.

Editor's Note
This fifth film in the Return of the Living Dead series proves the zombies haven't lost any of their bite. A hard-partying college student discovers a container that houses a mysterious chemical. His enterprising mind thinks that it may make the next great party drug, and so he sells "Z" to students throughout the school. But Z doesn't just make a party more fun; it turns the user into a starving zombie, just in time for the Halloween rave.

Horror Movies & Stuff 8 of 10
"ROTLD 5:Rave To The Grave" continues exactly where part 4 ("Necropolis") leaves off. Uncle Charles (in typical mad doctor fashion) manages to escape the facility with a barrel of the trioxin 5 compound. Of course it's not long before another outbreak of the flesh craving walking dead happens. With most of the cast of "Necropolis" dead, "Rave" has room for some new characteres, two secret agents with designs on tracking down the final samples of the T5 compound, 2 new hot chicks, and a druggie teen whos related to one of the films new female leads..."Rave" all in all is alot more fun to watch than "Necropolis" mainly because the supporting cast while not significantly better actors than the supporting cast of part 4, have a more lively screen presence...Lots of gore and zombie carnage, likeable characters among those returning from part 4 and the new additions.

HorrorWatch 5 of 10
This one starts off on the wrong foot, it has several of the same people as RotLD4: Necropolis, and they're playing the same characters with the same uncle, but seem to have no memory of what happened there, or this was written by people who didn't watch the last one, or are retarded. But you can easily see why this can cause credibility problems, especially when they were made back to back like these were. It shows the filmmakers were completely aware that they were making crap and didn't mind. At least they're comfortable with their station. Gotta respect that. Well, I guess not...The acting is seriously annoying. Again, not just bad, but bad in a way that makes you say...ah, you get the point...On the good side, there's some nice gore and most the zombies look really great. Also there's nudity, something I thought was forever gone from horror. Not enough to make me like the flick, though.
